Shipping and Handling

We will ship your order as soon as it is completed.

We offer the following shipping methods:

Standard UPS Ground
UPS Second Day
UPS Overnite

Returns

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

On the "About Me" page that follows, I have a photo of the only helper I have in this business. I have found him/her to be especially capable of hammering out solutions to difficult problems. Please don't hesitate to stop in to discuss your issue with him/her. Please remember to stand to the side.
